目的对神农架林区外环境中检出的7株可疑霍乱弧菌进行鉴定。方法采集外环境标本进行霍乱弧菌分离培养,参照2013年《霍乱防治手册》第6版、WS 289-2009《霍乱诊断标准》进行检测。结果实验中使用国产血清进行血清凝集试验,结果为阴性,经微生物鉴定仪VITEK 2 GN卡生化鉴定为霍乱弧菌。结论提示在今后工作中,对于可疑的霍乱弧菌,不能单纯靠传统的血清学鉴定,需要微生物鉴定仪或分子诊断方法。
Objective To identify seven strains of Vibrio cholerae that were detected in the environment outside Shennongjia forest. Methods Vibrio cholerae were isolated and cultured by collecting environmental samples. The detection was based on the 2013 Cholera Prevention and Treatment Manual, 6th Edition, WS 289-2009 Diagnostic Criteria for Cholera. Results The results of serum agglutination test using domestic serum were negative. Vibrio cholerae was biochemically identified by VITEK 2 GN card. Conclusion suggests that in the future work, for the suspected Vibrio cholerae can not simply rely on the traditional serological identification, the need for microbial identification instrument or molecular diagnostic methods.
