目的采用金标快速检测法测定牛奶中抗生素残留情况,探讨该方法在乳品中的应用效果。方法取10份不含氨基糖苷类和氟喹诺酮类药物的牛奶样品,通过加入不同浓度抗生素的标准品,用金标快速检测试剂盒进行测定,分析其灵敏度和特异性。结果多残留金标快速检测试剂盒可用于牛奶中庆大霉素、卡那霉素和氟喹诺酮类药物的测定,其灵敏度分别为0.100μg/ml,0.100μg/ml,0.050μg/ml;该试剂盒特异性较强,与非同源的其他抗生素无交叉反应。结论该试剂盒操作简便,判读明了,可推广用于大量样品的抗生素筛检。
OBJECTIVE To determine the antibiotic residues in milk by gold standard rapid test method and to explore the application effect of the method in dairy products. Methods Ten samples of milk containing no aminoglycosides and fluoroquinolones were collected and tested by gold standard rapid test kit by adding standard antibiotics of different concentrations. The sensitivity and specificity were also analyzed. Results The multi-residue gold standard rapid test kit can be used for the determination of gentamycin, kanamycin and fluoroquinolone in milk with the sensitivity of 0.100μg / ml, 0.100μg / ml and 0.050μg / ml, respectively The kit is highly specific and does not cross-react with other non-homologous antibiotics. Conclusion The kit is easy to operate, easy to understand and can be widely used for antibiotic screening of a large number of samples.
