陕西省安康市供销社和市食用菌生产办公室,积极引导农民发展双孢蘑菇生产,获得了大面积种植成功。一九八九年秋,安康市供销社和市食用菌生产办公室瞅准市场时机,在汉白公路沿线的垣口、五里、关庙三个区的19个乡、35个村组织263户村民发展双孢蘑菇,先后栽培12.3万平方尺,仅耗用稻草、麦草307.5吨,全市鲜菇总产达9.25万公斤,总收入29.25万元,户均单项收入1112元。
