In the new period of socialist economic development, new changes have taken place in the objectives, contents and environment of human resources management in enterprises, and innovative human resources management methods and means have also become problems that enterprises must pay attention to. Starting with the concept of innovation of human resources management in enterprises, the article elaborates the motivation and direction of human resources innovation in enterprises, and then discusses and analyzes the ways of human resources of enterprises in order to provide a reference for the human resources management of enterprises.
