每年来中央党校、国家行政学院、浦东干部学院等高级干部学院学习研修的各地各部门厅局级领导干部很多。学习期间,他们都紧扣经济社会发展脉搏,结合各地工作实际,学政策、谈思路、讲经验,大家教学相长,学以致用,其中有许多真知灼见值得相互学习,我们利用《人民公仆》杂志这个平台,开设“领导干部工作手记”专栏,陆续摘登一些好文章,以此帮助广大干部交流改革发展中的经验,相互启发、相互借鉴,更好地推进工作。
Every year, there are a lot of leading cadres at and above the department and department level in various localities and institutes under the leadership of the Central Party School, the State Administration Institute and the Pudong Cadre College. During the study period, they are closely linked to the pulse of economic and social development. In combination with the actual work and policies in other places, they talk about their ideas and stresses their experiences. We all learn from each other. Many of them are worth learning from each other. We use the platform of “People’s Public Servants” , Set up a special column entitled “Work Notes of Leading Cadres”, and successively retrieved some good articles to help the cadres exchange experiences in reform and development so as to inspire and learn from each other and better promote the work.
