为适应现代经济社会发展的需要,职校开设的学科不断增加。通过改革和创新,增强学科对学生的吸引力,是教师必须深入思考并付诸实践的问题。笔者从教师自身素质和课堂教学改革两个方面,对此进行了探讨。
In order to meet the needs of the development of modern economy and society, the number of subjects offered by vocational schools has been constantly increasing. Through reform and innovation, to enhance the attractiveness of disciplines to students is a question that teachers must think deeply and put into practice. The author discusses this from two aspects of the teachers’ own quality and classroom teaching reform.
