The introduction of computer technology into the field of plastic arts has been a few years ago, and some domestic magazines have conducted some introduction on computer graphics. However, in the interior decoration design industry, how do foreign designers use electronic computers to design and create ancillary tools? This is still an unknown area for domestic counterparts. However, this “new technological revolution,” which was called home by foreign designers, is making a powerful impact and improvement on traditional design techniques and technologies. In France, understanding and mastery of computer technology has become a prerequisite for hiring a designer. Although the application of electronic computer can not replace all the traditional design methods, but it is undeniable that its emergence and development provides designers with a wider range of technical options and win more time for it. Mr. Louis BRIAT, interviewed here, is 52, a professor at the National Institute of Advanced Art and Design in Paris, France. As a decorating design professional high grade professional design class and grade 5 computer major postgraduate teaching guidance. Prof. BRIAT has a deep understanding of the application of computer technology in decorating design and is one of the leading figures in France in 1990 because he applied computer-designed “marianhe” stamps representing the symbol of the French Republic to “ Winning the bid for the national standard stamp competition commemorating the bicentennial of the French Revolution and was therefore called the ”father of the first computer marianne in French history."
