随着农村改革的不断深化,科教兴农的不断进步,龙江县农村教育综合改革从最初学校内部的教学、生产、科研三结合,教育内部的普教、职教、成教三统筹,发展到教育外部的农科教统筹结合,并逐步完善了结合机制,取得了可喜的成果。我们从农科教统筹结合的实施中,再次看到了农村教育综合改革的发展前景。一、明确了农科教统筹结合的内容 1.发展规划方面统筹。把科技、教育的改革与发展纳入农村经济和社会发展的总体规划之中去;把科技部门以推广科技成果为重点的“星火计划”,教育部门的以人才培养为重点的“燎原计划”与农业部门的以增产增收为重点的“丰收计划”融为一体,形成一个综合性计划,进行配套实施。
