毛泽东的名篇《论十大关系》的问世已是三十多年前的事了。然而,该文中提出的诸多关系,并没有随着时间的流逝而都成为过时的话题,历史课题在现实过程中一再呈现。比如诸经济关系中“国家和农民的关系”,就是一个涵盖历史、延伸未来的话题。改革前未处理好这个关系,农业成为长期困扰我国经济的主要因素;现在如处理不好,将会成为我国本世纪末下世纪初战略目标实现的制约因素。审视过去,重温教诲,对于在新时期把握良机,解决矛盾是不无教益的。
The publication of Mao Zedong's famous article “On the Ten Major Relations” is already more than thirty years ago. However, many of the relations proposed in this article have not become outdated topics with the passing of time, and historical topics have repeatedly appeared in the course of reality. For example, “the relationship between state and peasant in economic relations” is a topic that covers history and extends the future. Without proper handling of this relationship before the reform, agriculture has become a major factor that has plagued the Chinese economy for a long time. If it is not properly handled now, it will become a constraint on the realization of the strategic objective of the early 21st century in our country by the end of this century. Reviewing the past and reviewing the teachings are not instructive in seizing the opportunity and resolving conflicts in the new era.
