高三备考是一项系统工程,班主任作为系统的中枢,其管理效应至关重要。普通班教育教学质量的高低实际上会大面积影响学校的上线数,其地位特殊而重要。就此而言提高普通班的管理水平显得尤为重要。本文根据自身的教育实践,从精神风貌、学习时间、备考策略和心理疏导四个方面总结普通班管理方法,探求普通班的管理智慧。
The senior high school pro forma test is a systematic project. The head teacher is the center of the system and its management effect is crucial. The quality of education in ordinary classes will actually affect the number of schools on a large scale. Its status is special and important. In this regard, it is particularly important to improve the management of ordinary classes. Based on its own educational practice, this article summarizes the general class management methods from the aspects of spiritual outlook, study time, preparation strategies, and psychological counseling, and seeks the management wisdom of the general class.
