师范生是教师队伍的新生力量,他们年轻热情、朝气蓬勃,是教育的未来与希望。教育实习是师范生为师的第一步,师范生如何在教育实习中掌握规律、积累经验,走正、走实为师的第一步,做一个受学生欢迎的年轻教师?作为多年担任音乐教育实习工作的指导老师,笔者就此谈谈自己的体会。
Normal students are the new force of teachers. Their young enthusiasm and vitality are the future and hope of education. Teaching practice is the first step for normal students as teachers.
