文化是博大精深的,大到民族文化,小到学校的班级文化。构建社会主义和谐社会,需要从文化教育抓起,文化是民族的软实力象征。十年树木百年树人,教育是民族的未来。大家都知道,班级是开展教育教学的最基层的单位,也是学生最重要的成长环境之一,因此,培养学生的综合素养离不开优秀的班级文化。如何建立良好的小学班级文化?较好的班级文化能够让学生耳濡目染,教育出德智体美全面发展的优秀学生。
Culture is broad and profound, ranging from national culture, small to school class culture. To build a harmonious socialist society, we must start from the culture and education, culture is a symbol of national soft power. Ten years of tree trees, education is the future of the nation.
