中国武术散打中早有“先看一步走,再看一出手”的拳谚,旨在强调步法是人体运动、出手攻防的根基,武功高强者在出手之前,必定有轻灵、自如、沉稳的步法予以配合。而在向来以直接、主动、干练、杀伤为主要风格的军警格斗术中,科学合理的步法运用同样是军警格斗克敌制胜的根本要素和重要秘诀。根据中国武术散打步法原理以及军警格斗实战需要,我们首先总结出了军警格斗术步法运用的两大原则。这些原则,既是专业武术散打的步法训练基础,也是军警格斗实战中有效运
