Gartner公司预测2003年12英寸晶片的需求回升。虽然现在12英寸晶片计划正在经受着推迟的考验,但是随着半导体产业的复苏,很可能今年下半年出现12英寸生产技术的晶片需求量上升的态势。
Gartner predicts a pickup in demand for 12-inch wafers in 2003. Although the 12-inch wafer plan is now experiencing postponement, with the recovery of the semiconductor industry, the demand for 12-inch wafer production technology is likely to increase in the second half of this year.
