程金水教授,浙江永康人,博士生导师,国家级有突出贡献专家,享有政府特殊津贴。他是著名园艺学家陈俊偷先生的第一个硕士研究生,也是建国后园林植物专业的第一位硕士研究生。曾任北京林业大学园林学院园林植物遗传育种教研室主任、北京市核学会咨询委员会副主任,现为国际茶花协会理事及中国区域主席、中国茶花协会副会长、中国园艺学会理事、北京园林学会理事。他主要从事园林植物遗传育种的教学和科研,为我国园林植物遗传育种作出了突出贡献。程金水教授于1959年考取北京林学院园林植物研究生。其间在山东
Professor Cheng Jinshui, Zhejiang Yongkang, doctoral tutor, state-level experts with outstanding contributions, enjoy special government allowances. He is the first master graduate student of the famous horticulturalist Mr. Chen Jun-steal and the first post-graduate master’s degree in garden plants. Former Beijing Forestry University Landscape College Garden Plant Genetics and Breeding Department Director, Beijing Institute of Nuclear Advisory Committee deputy director, now the International Camellia Association and chairman of the Chinese region, China Camellia Association vice president, Chinese Horticultural Society, Beijing Institute of landscape director . He is mainly engaged in garden plant breeding and teaching of scientific research, for our garden plant genetic breeding made outstanding contributions. Professor Cheng Jinshui was admitted to Beijing Forestry Academy in 1959 as a graduate student of garden plants. During this time in Shandong
