研究了Ti-55钛合金超塑性板材的显微组织与力学性能。结果表明,显微组织均匀,晶粒极细的Ti-55钛合金超塑性板材,具有良好的室温拉伸性能和超塑性能。超塑性拉伸试验表明,在一定的变形温度范围(880~920℃)与变形速率(1.4×10-3S-1)下,Ti-55钛合金板材超塑性延伸率可达到700%以上。
The microstructure and mechanical properties of Ti-55 titanium alloy superplastic plate were studied. The results show that Ti-55 titanium alloy superplastic plate with uniform microstructure and very fine grain size has good tensile properties at room temperature and superplasticity. The superplastic tensile tests show that the superplastic elongation of Ti-55 titanium alloy plate can reach more than 700% at a certain deformation temperature range (880-920 ℃) and deformation rate (1.4 × 10-3S-1).
