空间紧临区域中心城市的中小城市虽然在中心城市的辐射下受益匪浅,但由于缺乏区域协调规划与策略引导,城市闻仍然表现出紧张的竞争关系,为了协调类似城市闻的发展,促进区域统筹,引导其有序竞争,构建和谐的社会, 本文以通州与南通两城市为例,积极引进新城建设的思想来处理两城市的职能关系、空间关系、环境保护以及其他可持续发展问题,力求扬长避短,节约发展成本,促进有序城市组群空间的形成,实现跨区域协调发展。
Although the small and medium-sized cities that are close to the regional central cities have benefited greatly from the radiation in the central cities, urban areas still show intense competition due to the lack of coordinated regional planning and strategy. In order to coordinate the development of similar urban areas, the promotion of regional Co-ordinate and guide its orderly competition and build a harmonious society. Taking the two cities of Tongzhou and Nantong as examples, this paper actively introduces the idea of new town construction to deal with the functional relations, spatial relations, environmental protection and other sustainable development issues in the two cities, Avoid weaknesses, save development costs, promote the formation of an orderly city group space and achieve coordinated development across regions.
