对微波电路中电子转移振荡器的性能进行了数字研究。电路参数改变时,对限累模式转变到畴模式给以特殊的注意。限累工作的一个简单数学模型给出的结果与解一个更严格的模型的偏微分方程所得到的结果相一致。
The performance of the electron transfer oscillator in microwave circuits has been numerically investigated. When circuit parameters change, give special attention to the transition from limiter mode to domain mode. The result given by a simple mathematical model that limits work is consistent with that obtained by solving a more rigorous model of partial differential equations.
