随着经济的变化发展,国有企业得到了飞速的进步,文化建设的作用越来越突出,企业需要创设先进的企业文化,促进自身的可持续发展,发挥企业的核心竞争力,从而发展社会主义的先进文化,构建和谐社会。但是当前我国企业在构进行文化建设的过程中,存在一些问题,需要主动加强国有企业的思想政治工作,从而促进国有企业的文化建设。本文主要研究国有企业思想政治工作与企业文化之间存在的问题,分析思想政治工作促进企业文化建设的对策。
