2015年7月,我参加了由山西省国资委团委主办的省属企业共青团干部调查研究及思想工作专题研修班,认真学习了如何开展调查研究、调研报告的撰写与运用、共青团与新媒体工作等专业课程。五天全封闭、高质量的培训,让我不仅结识了很多像我一样奋战在共青团战线上的优秀团干,同时也对调查研究、团员青年思想工作和新媒体时代等都有了更深刻更全面的了解和认识,更重要的是,这次培训对我本人的知识结构和认知层面,改进和提升团建工作,以及今后的工作思路和方法都有了很大的影响,使我感触很多,收获颇多。我是2012年通过公司专职团干竞聘进入团委开始
