应用FDTD结合MP的方法计算了波导加载谐振器的谐振频率和品质因数。与FDTD/DFT方法比较,这种方法减少了对FDTD运行时间的需求,并且提高了数值精度。与FDTD/Prony方法比较,其优点是计算效率高,对噪声的敏感小。文中以计算实例说明了算法的有效性。
The resonance frequency and quality factor of waveguide loaded resonator were calculated by FDTD combined with MP method. Compared with the FDTD / DFT method, this method reduces the need for FDTD run-time and improves numerical accuracy. Compared with the FDTD / Prony method, this method has the advantages of high computational efficiency and low sensitivity to noise. The calculation example shows the effectiveness of the algorithm.
