战略管理是在充分分析组织坏境和自身条件的前提下,选择有效战略目标,并把它付诸实施的一个动态管理过程。实施战略管理实质是管理革命,应面对环境的变化,改变以往程式化、缺乏前瞻性弊端,锐意变革,使管理成为一个常抓常新的命题。应重视在跨文化背景下的人力资源开发,着力培育富有改革精神的管理者,带领团队更好地实现战略的转换。
Strategic management is a dynamic management process of selecting effective strategic objectives and putting it into practice on the premise of fully analyzing the organizational environment and its own conditions. The essence of implementing strategic management is the management of the revolution. We should face the changes in the environment, change the stylization in the past, lack the forward-looking drawbacks, and strive to make changes, making management a common proposition. Emphasis should be placed on human resources development in a cross-cultural context, efforts should be made to foster a reformist manager and lead the team to better transform its strategy.
