在我国华南地区,平腹小蜂Anastatus sp.寄生于荔枝蝽象卵内。此蜂已成功地应用于防治荔枝蝽象,其防治效果达90%。关于平腹小蜂的个体发育研究已有报道(利翠英1962),但未涉及胚胎发育和器官形成。本文较详细地报道平腹小蜂胚胎发育及胚后发育的全过程。材料及方法蜂种采自本校荔枝园,以新鲜蓖麻蚕卵为寄主,在室内繁蜂用作胚胎研究的材料。将羽化5~6天并经充分交配的平腹小峰,移入有新鲜蓖麻蚕卵的指形管内,准确记录其产卵时间。将同时产的卵置于26~28℃恒温箱中发育,定时取出卵粒用固定液固定。在胚胎发育早期,每隔10分钟固定一次;40分钟以后,则每小时固定一次;36小时
In southern China, Anastatus sp. Was parasitic on litchi stink bug. This bee has been successfully applied to control litchi stinkbug, its control effect of 90%.
