在《中国“小公民”道德建设计划》中,“保护环境”是要求之一,每位同学都应努力成为保护环境的小卫士。环境是人类生存的客观条件。“健康环境”,通俗一点说,就是要让人们喝上干净的水,呼吸洁净的空气,吃上放心的食物,在良好的环境中生活。保护环境就是要采取多种措施,保护和改善生活环境、生态环境,防治污染和其他公害。保护环境可以改善人类生存和发展
