应我所黄忠秀所长的邀请,经交通部批准,波兰恪但斯克海运研究所代表团一行六人,在该所库斯佐斯基副所长的率领下,于一九八八年十一月一日启程来华,访问我所。十一月一日晚,代表团乘波航飞机到达北京,前往机场迎接的有交通部科技司科技交流处的王成基与孙欣两同志,以及专程去京迎接的我所外事组朱镇淼同志。十一月二日下午,交通部郑光迪副部长接见了代表团全体成员,参加会见的有交通部科技司张德洪司长、时信涵副司长等。
At the invitation of Director Huang Zhongxiu and with the approval of the Ministry of Communications, the delegation of Poland’s Kendansk Shipping Institute led by the delegation headed by Deputy Director Kuszszynski ten January 1 departure to visit China. On the evening of November 1, the delegation arrived in Beijing on a wave aircraft and went to the airport to meet with Comrade Wang Chengji and Sun Xin, who were from the Science and Technology Exchange Division of the Ministry of Communications of the Ministry of Communications, and Comrade Zhu Zhenmiao, our foreign affairs team who made a special trip to Beijing. On the afternoon of November 2, Vice Minister Zheng Guangdi of the Ministry of Communications met with all the members of the delegation. Directors Zhang Dehong, Science and Technology Department of the Ministry of Communications, and Deputy Director Shi Xinhan attended the meeting.
