自江西全省解放以后,由于各方面工作的逐步开展,全省主要交通已大部恢复,未恢复者亦正积极恢复,工商业亦日渐开始繁荣,税收已逐渐成为财政收入中的重要部份。且对收缩货币,稳定物价调节产销的作用也日渐增大,因而税收工作将成为今后财政工作中的重要环节。当此税收旺月之季,各级政府府负责同志和财经部门同志,应立即加强对各地税收工作的领导,深入检查、研究,以期增加税收,减少财政困难。
Since the liberation of Jiangxi Province, due to the gradual development of all aspects of work, major traffic in the province has been largely restored. Those who have not recovered have been actively recovering. As the industry and commerce have also started to prosper, tax revenue has gradually become an important part of its revenue. And the role of shrinking the currency, stabilizing prices to regulate the production and marketing is also increasing, so tax work will become an important link in the future financial work.
