本文用折截面法计算齿形系数。为了解决折截面法计算公式中的各项几何参数,写出了圆弧齿轮法截面上各段齿廓的通用表达式(这个表达式只能用于计算齿形系数)。本文的方法可运用于任何基本齿廓的圆弧齿轮。按本文方法算得了 JB 2940—81型双圆弧齿轮的齿形系数和 JB929——67型单圆狐齿轮的凸齿和凹齿的齿形系数,并绘制成曲线。用电测法得来的81型双圆弧齿轮的齿型系数和由本文算得的齿形系数相比较,虽数值不同,但在不同的当量齿数 z_v 时,两者的比值为1.12±0.02,波动不大。这个1.12将反映到由电测法得来的齿根应力基本公式的常数中去。
In this paper, the cross section method to calculate the tooth profile coefficient. In order to solve the geometrical parameters in the calculation formula of the cross section method, a general expression of the tooth profile of each section of the circular arc gear method is written (this expression can only be used to calculate the tooth profile coefficient).
