During the “90 years medical ethics outlook” seminar, delegates visited the relevant hospitals in Shenzhen. We have found that the construction of medical ethics in the SAR has its own obvious advantages and characteristics, which have left a deep impression on people. This caused my interest in visiting Lin Tianchi, party secretary and deputy director of Shenzhen Health Bureau. On a sunny noon, I made a long conversation with Secretary Lin Tianchi on the medical ethics of Shenzhen. At the beginning of the interview, Lin Tianchi said: The Shenzhen Special Economic Zone has determined the arduousness and urgency of medical ethics construction in the SAR by virtue of its special environment and health team. First of all, Shenzhen is at the forefront of China’s open reforms, and its commodity economy is relatively developed.
