A Supreme Court suit will alter the physical education of primary and secondary school pupils in the UK: Teachers without physical education credentials are not allowed to teach rugby, gymnastics, swimming and other potentially dangerous sports subjects. It will also force 9.5 million students nationwide in sports accident insurance.
