In the context of the dot-com bust, terrorist attacks, and economic pessimism in 2002, the exciting moments of the personal computer and network revolution of the 1990s have become far-reaching memories. Although people’s enthusiasm for the digital revolution has cooled down, everyone has not neglected the importance of the digital revolution. Digital technology has become an important part of people’s work, life and learning. It is not a fleeting fashion phenomenon. The digital future has never been more important. Like all technological revolutions, the digital revolution is divided into several waves. The first wave that broke out in the 1990s changed the way people communicate and obtain information. Almost overnight, businesses and individuals have the convenience of using personal computers and the Internet to instantly exchange e-mail, data, and ideas. The impact of the second wave will be even more profound. Personal computers and evolving smart devices will be integrated with each other through faster, cheaper, and more reliable networks, and will be presented to us, such as books and movies.
