目的通过对44例大学生消化性溃疡的诱因、治疗及疗效等方面的分析,探讨预防和治疗大学生消化性溃疡的有效途径。方法奥美拉唑20 mg,每日2次,连服4周。幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染者加阿莫西林1.0 g,左氧氟沙星200 mg,均为每日2次,连服1周。结果复查胃镜41例,治愈33例,占80.5%(33/41);有效6例,占14.6%(6/41);未复查胃镜3例,全部有效,总有效率达95.5%。结论奥美拉唑、阿莫西林、左氧氟沙星三联疗法是治疗大学生Hp阳性消化性溃疡的理想方法之一。
Objective To analyze the causes, treatment and curative effects of peptic ulcer in 44 college students to explore effective ways to prevent and treat peptic ulcer in college students. Methods Omeprazole 20 mg twice daily for 4 weeks. Helicobacter pylori (Hp) infection plus amoxicillin 1.0 g, levofloxacin 200 mg, are 2 times a day, and even for 1 week. The results of review of gastroscopy in 41 cases, 33 cases were cured, accounting for 80.5% (33/41); effective in 6 cases, accounting for 14.6% (6/41); no gastroscopy in 3 cases, all effective, the total effective rate was 95.5%. Conclusion Omeprazole, amoxicillin, levofloxacin triple therapy is one of the ideal methods for the treatment of Hp-positive peptic ulcer in college students.
