建立溶剂萃取-衍生化气相色谱法测定工作场所空气中氯乙酸的方法。用硅胶管采集空气中氯乙酸,用水解吸,乙醇-浓硫酸衍生化,氯仿萃取后毛细管柱气相色谱测定。结果显示,氯乙酸在试验浓度范围内线性关系良好,氯乙酸线性方程为:y=-0.147+0.875x(r=0.999 9)。检测下限为2.1μg/ml,若采集15L空气样品,则最低检测浓度为0.14mg/m3。提示,该方法适用于工作场所空气中氯乙酸的测定,方法稳定可靠,检出限满足职业卫生限值的要求。
A Method of Solvent Extraction - Derivatization Gas Chromatography for the Determination of Chloroacetic Acid in the Air of Workplace. Chloroacetic acid was collected in the air with silica gel tube, desorbed with water, derivatized with ethanol - concentrated sulfuric acid and determined by capillary gas chromatography after chloroform extraction. The results showed that the linearity of chloroacetic acid in the experimental concentration range was good. The linear equation of chloroacetic acid was y = -0.147 + 0.875x (r = 0.999 9). The lower limit of detection is 2.1μg / ml. If 15L air sample is collected, the minimum detection concentration is 0.14mg / m3. Prompted that this method is suitable for the determination of chloroacetic acid in the workplace air, the method is stable and reliable, the detection limit to meet the requirements of occupational health limits.
