农业部和工商总局的《农业机械维修管理规定》公布实施以来,吉林省延边州农机局加强组织领导,强化工作措施,依法规范管理,为规范延边州农机维修市场,增强农机维修点的维修能力,保护农民利益,做了大量工作,但也存在管理与执法主体不确定,以及工作程序的一些问题,需要进一步落实《农业机械维修管理规定》,保证农机维修管理执法工作顺利进行。
