目的:调查军队老干部两高期医疗和心理需求及保健措施。方法:对离休老干部63例1989年1月-2009年1月的患病、医疗和心理变化情况,采取每5年为1个周期进行对比分析。结果:随着年龄增长,老干部患病种数逐年上升,门诊及住院频次增加。同时老年人对疾病、家庭琐事、社会事件的心理承受能力也显著减弱,直接影响了老年人的身心健康。结论:两高期带来的医疗及心理需求,是当前干休所医疗保健工作面临的突出问题。
Objective: To investigate two high-level medical and psychological needs and health care measures of the veteran army cadres. Methods: The prevalence, medical and psychological changes of 63 retired veteran cadres from January 1989 to January 2009 were compared and analyzed every 5 years as one cycle. Results: With the increase of age, the prevalence of veteran cadres increased year by year, and the frequency of outpatient visits and hospitalization increased. At the same time, the mental abilities of the elderly for diseases, family chores and social events are significantly weakened, which directly affects the physical and mental health of the elderly. Conclusion: The medical and psychological needs brought by the two high periods are the outstanding problems facing the current medical and health care work in the dry-rest.
