如今,国家的整体经济水平发展非常迅速,这也就提高了人民的生活水平。在这种状态下,生活的富足并不足以满足国民的需求,注重和提升精神层面的要求变得越来越重要,而不断的发展人类所赖以生存的社区就是特别重要的一部分。社区的发展不仅仅是将社区建立成绿色的,生态的,同时也要求社区中的文化,治安,社会保障,卫生服务,娱乐等方面都能够得到综合的发展,这需要政府、居委会、社区组织、各种盈利和非盈利组织以及居民等多方面共同努力才能够实现,将一个和谐稳定、绿色健康、精神水平和物质水平共同提升的社区建立起来。本文主要研究了我国近些年来在社会管理以及社会治理方面存在的一些问题,与我国的社会管理和社区治理实践中的新趋势相结合,提出一些对新趋势发展和实现有促进作用的实质性的意见和建议。
