今年,是国民经济“九·五”计划的头一年。我们在今年的工作安排上,突出了改革的内容,加大了改革的力度。具体打算从四个方面入手,并争取有新的进步。 第一,把档案事业的发展计划“挤”进全市国民经济和社会发展的计划中去。一是市县档案部门向地方政府上报档案事业“九五”规划,力争地方规划中对档案事业的几个硬性指标如现代化设施、经费投入、执法监督等写进有关“细则”中去。二是市县档案工作年度安排,要在一年一度人大代表会上通过的政府工作报告中有一定表述。三是要求党委、政府
