中铁十一局集团第四工程有限公司,现有职工2900余人,下设40多个工程项目部、36支工程(架子)队伍。主要从事铁路(客专)、公路、机场、码头、市政、地铁等工程建设,属综合型工程公司。作为工会日常工作一部分的劳动竞赛,工作能否持久深入、常赛不衰,主要取决于科学有效的运作机制。通过几年来的竞赛实践,我公司工会摸索出了三种机制,并在实施中取得了较好效果。
China Railway Eleventh Bureau Group Co., Ltd. Fourth Engineering, more than 2,900 employees, consists of more than 40 project departments, 36 projects (shelves) team. Mainly engaged in railway (passenger), roads, airports, docks, municipal services, subway construction, is a comprehensive engineering company. Labor competition as part of the union’s daily work, whether the work can last long, the regular season is not bad, mainly depends on the scientific and effective operating mechanism. Through several years of competition practice, our company union explored three kinds of mechanisms and achieved good results in the implementation.
