岁月如梭,斗转星移。伴随着历史沉重的脚步,中国共产党已走过了90年的风风雨雨。时至今日,国家经济高速发展,人民生活蒸蒸日上,各项建设事业蓬勃发展,祖国大地一片勃勃生机。在国家安定繁荣的新的历史条件下,我们的部分党员的思想悄然发生了变化,贪图享乐、贪污腐化等资产阶级腐朽思想正在不断侵蚀党的肌体,引起了人民群众的强烈不满,严重损害了党的形象。因此,研究和探索新的历史条件下,如何培养和树立党员干部、特别是领导干部正确的权力观,是摆在我们面前的一项亟待解决的重大课题。
Time flies, bucket to star. With the heavy footsteps of history, the Chinese Communist Party has gone through 90 years of ups and downs. Up to now, with the rapid development of the country’s economy and the prosperity of the people’s life, various construction projects have boomed and the motherland is booming. Under the new historical conditions in which the country is stable and prosperous, the thinking of some of our party members quietly changes. The bourgeois decadent thinking, such as seeking pleasure, corruption and corruption, is constantly eroding the party’s body, arousing strong dissatisfaction among the people and seriously damaging Party image. Therefore, under the study and exploration of new historical conditions, how to cultivate and establish the correct view of power of Party members and cadres, especially leading cadres, is a major issue that we must solve before us.
