在人类即将奏响21世纪的辉煌乐章之际,素质教育早已被提上了议事日程。要实施素质教育,就必须进行现代课堂教学的改革,它要求在教育思想、教育观念、教学内容、教学方法以及教学手段等方面应有一系列改革措施。音乐教育是全面实施素质教育的一个重要组成部分,它的独特功能是其它任何学科所不可替代的。因此,科学地制定、优化教学目标,提高课堂效率,就显得尤为重要。
At a time when mankind is about to make a glorious move in the 21st century, quality education has long been put on the agenda. To implement quality education, we must reform the modern classroom teaching, which requires that a series of reform measures should be taken in educational thoughts, educational concepts, teaching content, teaching methods and teaching methods.
