中国主持“复关”谈判以及负责关贸总协定事务的经贸部副部长佟志广在国际贸易学会举办的座谈会上说,如果不发生大的政治事件,今年内恢复我国在关贸总协定中的缔约国地位是可能的。他说:现在国际经济问题政治化的倾向很严重,西方国家“政治挂帅”比我们厉害。因此,年内能否“复关”,前提是有没有大的政治事件发生。
