Ducati has made significant upgrades to the 999R at the 2005 A-MA (Supercar Racing Championship) in the United States to accommodate the U.S. market. From this day onwards, the 999R will use the new front draft shroud, rear rocker and suspension system, and the increased power to 110kW is solely intended to enhance the vehicle’s engine capacity as a supercar.
