本文提出了用传感器的叠加组合,构成复合式传感器的新的相对振动测量方法和装置。提出了“桥路叠加原理”用于相对加速度测量的方法和“电势串联叠加原理”用于相对速度和相对位移的测量方法,并介绍了相应装置。 本方法的思路可推广到二维和三维合成振动和力的叠加、压力差等各种力学参量及其他形式相对参量的测量。
In this paper, we propose a new relative vibration measurement method and device for the composite sensor by using the superposition of sensors. Proposed a “bridge principle” for relative acceleration measurement method and “potential series superposition principle” for relative velocity and relative displacement measurement method, and introduced the corresponding device. The idea of this method can be extended to the measurement of various mechanical parameters such as superposition of vibration and force, pressure difference and other forms of relative parameters in two-dimensional and three-dimensional synthesis.
