2012年7月13日工信部公布2012年第一批落后产能淘汰名单,根据名单显示,此次造纸行业涉及588家纸厂,需淘汰产能合计约880万t。其中需淘汰产能量最多的前五名省份依次是:河北约177万t,湖南约110万t,河南107.9万t,福建约66.6万t,江西60.8万t。以单一纸厂来看,淘汰产能最大的为四川宜宾纸业,需淘汰20万t产能,涉及一条化机浆线,
July 13, 2012 The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology announced the first batch of outdated capacity list in 2012. According to the list, the papermaking industry involves 588 paper mills and the total capacity to be eliminated is about 8.8 million t. Among them, the top five provinces that need to eliminate the most productive energy are: 1.77 million tons in Hebei, 1.1 million tons in Hunan, 1.079 million tons in Henan, 666,000 tons in Fujian and 608,000 tons in Jiangxi. To a single paper mill, out of the largest production capacity of Sichuan Yibin Paper, need to phase out 200,000 t production capacity, involving a pulp machine line,
