目的调查浙江省丽水市莲都区0~15岁儿童及婴幼儿维生素D营养状况,为科学防治佝偻病提供依据。方法随机收集2012年1月~2013年5月来医院儿科门诊进行常规保健体检的0~15岁儿童及婴幼儿1 186例。采用电化学发光分析仪(竞争法)进行血清25-羟基维生素D3浓度检测,并进行统计学分析。结果丽水市莲都地区0~15岁儿童及婴幼儿血清25-羟基维生素D3平均浓度(29.63±14.40)μg/L,性别之间差异无统计学意义(F=0.072,P>0.05)。随着年龄增长血清25-羟基维生素D3浓度逐渐下降;3岁以上儿童维生素D缺乏率明显增高(F=226.329,P<0.01)。结论丽水市莲都区0~15岁儿童及婴幼儿维生素D水平相对偏低,应重点加强3岁以上儿童维生素D的补充,并适当控制3岁以下婴幼儿的摄入量。
Objective To investigate the nutritional status of vitamin D in children aged 0 ~ 15 and infants in Liandu District of Lishui City, Zhejiang Province, and to provide basis for scientific prevention and treatment of rickets. Methods A total of 1 186 children aged 0-15 and infants and young children undergoing routine health examination at the pediatric outpatient department from January 2012 to May 2013 were randomly collected. Electrochemiluminescence analyzer (competition method) was used to detect serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 concentration and statistical analysis. Results The average serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 concentration was 29.63 ± 14.40 μg / L for children aged 0-15 years and infants in Lishui City. There was no significant difference between the sexes (F = 0.072, P> 0.05). The serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 concentration gradually decreased with age. The vitamin D deficiency rate in children over 3 years old was significantly higher (F = 226.329, P <0.01). Conclusion The level of vitamin D in children aged 0-15 and infants in Lishui City is relatively low. It is necessary to strengthen the supplement of vitamin D in children over 3 years of age and appropriately control the intake of infants under 3 years of age.
