三七总皂苷为五加科人参属植物三七的主要活性成分,具有活血化瘀,消肿止痛的作用。研究表明,由三七总皂苷制成的药物如血栓通注射液、血塞通注射液、注射用血栓通(冻干)、复方丹参滴丸等,对心脑血管具有很好的保护作用,综述近几年来国内外对于三七总皂苷及其主要化学成分对于脑损伤保护的机制研究进展,为相关中药的进一步研究发展打下理论基础。
