“左顾右盼,不如埋头苦干!”在年中工作会议上,尹积军总经理鲜明表达了冀北电力有限公司的立场。在国家电网系统“三集五大”改革中,公司起步最晚,进步最快,不等不靠,不比不攀,面对诸多问题,不回避、不等待、不拖延,埋头苦干。成立半年来,公司在电网发展、安全生产、管理提升、品牌建设、优质服务、“三个建设”等方面取得了显著成绩。面临正在发生的深刻变化,广大员工思想更加统一,行动更加一致,干事业、求发展的愿望更加强烈。“君子敬其在己者,而不慕其天者,是以日进也。”
