当前的证券市场以“房地产”面貌出现的上市公司为数众多。为帮助投资者了解房地产上市公司的综合实力、更好地投资房地产类股票,建立一个基于上市公司定期报告的评价指标体系,并依据2002年的年度报告对我国上市房地产公司进行了评价分析。
The current securities market to “real estate” appearance of a large number of listed companies. To help investors understand the overall strength of listed real estate companies, invest more in real estate stocks, and establish an index system based on the periodic reports of listed companies. Based on the 2002 annual report, the paper evaluates the listed real estate companies in China.
