For centuries, Da Vinci created the world famous Mona Lisa - her mysterious smile fascinated countless artists and spectators, but also leads to numerous future generations of this woman conjecture. But most surprisingly, a new method of “seeing” famous paintings by an Italian scholar not long ago used pathological anatomy. “The fat around her eyes made her smile special and she had an unhealthy diet and cholesterol,” the new study found to be the least romantic of all speculation.
