润滑冲洗液的性能好坏，对人造金刚石钻进的影响很大，有的地区甚至成为影响人造金刚石钻进的主要矛盾。为探讨乳化剂的性能，对目前国内常用的几种乳化剂（包括皂化油、松香酸钠、癸二酸下脚脂肪酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、脂肪酸钠等）进行了室内对比试验，并将一部份乳化剂投入现场使用，同时参考了一些其它资料，证明这几种乳化剂配制的乳化液在其性能上各有差异，适应性不尽相同。本文试图通过对乳化剂的润滑性、稳定性、抗破乳能力等方面的探讨，为今后试验研究更理想的乳化剂提出意见。
