介绍快速测定吸附剂、催化剂孔隙分布的连续脱附色谱法,以N_2气为载气、苯为吸附质,在20℃和流动条件下,被苯蒸汽饱和的N_2气流过吸附柱,使样品吸附、凝聚达到饱和;然后按给定规律:C=C_0exp(—v_1t/V_0)连续降低柱入口的苯蒸汽浓度,得到苯的连续脱附色谱流出曲线。并由此计算出不同相对压力范围内的脱附量和表面结构数据。本方法设备简单,实验条件缓和,不需液氮;操作简便,快速,数据重现性好,且与BET等方法所测结果能较好的吻合。
A rapid desorption chromatography was developed for the determination of the pore size and distribution of the adsorbents. N 2 gas was used as the carrier gas and benzene as the adsorbate. The sample was adsorbed onto the adsorbent column at 20 ℃ with flowing N 2 gas saturated with benzene vapor. , And the condensation reaches saturation. Then according to the given rule: C = C_0exp (-v_1t / V_0) continuously reduces the benzene vapor concentration at the column inlet to obtain the continuous desorption chromatographic efflux curve of benzene. And thus calculate the amount of desorption and surface structure data in different relative pressure range. The method has the advantages of simple equipment, easing experimental conditions, no need of liquid nitrogen, simple and fast operation, good data reproducibility and good agreement with the BET method and other methods.
